I took this picture of the bending trees near the river. A beaver family has been quite busy.

Beavers have teeth that grow at an extraordinary rate of up to 4 feet (122 cm) per year, which is longer than the entire body length of an adult beaver. They need to continuously gnaw on hard substances to prevent their teeth from becoming too large! 😱
