Feeling a bit better today. My fever broke sometime last night. I did wake up with my lower back being super pissed at me. But I've decided to take some IBP today for some relief. One day of #vaccine immune system response is good enough right? 🙄

I don't want to live on the couch today if possible.

#shingrix is no joke of a vaccine. Even while on #benlysta and now #saphnelo the immune response has been hard hitting. More than #covid or #flu shots.

@theotherbrook it's a weird thing to both know we need to bottle neck but also not head in sand.

There was a moment where I tried Cymbalta but could not tolerate the side effects. For me things got much better when I switched from #benlysta to #saphnelo for my #lupus treatment as the benlysta has depression as a side effect.

SO has tried Cymbalta, welbutrin, effexor, lexapro, trintrellix... Vyvanse at least helps. Between SE or not working, doc said med resistant depression 😥
