Timer built in. #privatebin for text https://privatebin.info/ (forked #zerobin) or #cryptpad for more than text. #nextcloud provides e2e encryption, if set up.
For non-tech people I use #7zip encryption, though there was an issue with the implementation recently. Never use zip encryption, there are too many broken ones.
