Anyone have tips for dealing with med changes that screw with your perception of & relation to reality? I've felt like myself a minority of the last months, my social life is strained, and I felt suicidal for the 1st time in years. Now I'm cross-tapering 2 #AntiDepressant #meds (with nasty withdrawal symptoms) while trialling my 3rd #BetaBlocker in as many weeks. I can't just pop a #benzo every time I feel unhinged.
