Omg what a photo! This is just south of us; I once walked across I-89, thru the quarry gate and into this stoneyard in winter with Victoria Weber (it was her idea; we walked from her house!) You don’t forget knowing Davis Dimock or Victoria Weber if you’ve lived in Bethel/White River Valley or are familiar with VLS/environmental law or have happened upon their unique residence on Christian Hill.

Both perished early yesterday as their home (aka museum aka rock art) was engulfed in flames. Their contributions came from intense commitment to their town, the land they inhabited and educating about both.
