I think maybe #TaylorSwift could have come up with a better replacement lyric for #BetterThanRevenge, but I think she was right to change it. We all grow up and some of us learn from our past mistakes, but only a few of us have our #legacy constantly repeated back at us, for better or worse. #Slutshaming is unhealthy for society, for women in particular, but there's no denying that we all internalize #patriarchy to some extent. We count ourselves the better for unlearning it. #mothgate
