Some days are super tough for me mentally. I try to push through the best I can. I’ve been trying to learn different coping techniques and my amazing partner also helps me through a lot it. I’ve tried different medications but I’m now down to just one. I go see a psychiatrist and I’m starting therapy. I think I’m on a good path right now.
