With the recipe change I can't eat #BeyondMeat brats anymore so I decided to try #Impossible brats and they are too spicy🌶️🔥😢😭 so I guess I get no brats now, this is a sad day for Kitty Kat. These black garlic veggies were AWESOME though 🙌😊😃

For the pasta salad: I used my leftover Italian garnish (see other post for #recipe) & added cooked #glutenfree pasta. The vegan feta is by #violife 👍(my go to feta).

We had taco pizza tonight 🙌😋🌮🍕it was #vegan & #glutenfree 🎉 #KatsVeganGrub

We used our fave pizza crust #Banza, refried black beans, #BeyondMeat burger, homemade guacamole & salsa, #KiteHill sour cream, #Vevan cheddar cheese & topped it off with fresh butter lettuce.

In order to keep our ingredients fresh tasting we only added the beans meat, olives & cheese to the crust before baking we put everything else on when it came out of the oven.

Heute zum ersten Mal einen #Beyond Burger gegessen. War etwas wässrig, wie Hack vom Discounter. Ansonsten hätte man mir das auch als gemischtes Hackfleisch verkaufen können.

This rice substitute. Is #vegan & #glutenfree I've tried this brand before but this 1's my fave so far! Totally tastes like stuffing😋 the meatballs are #beyondmeat, the mushrooms & broccoli were sauteed in olive oil, garlic, oregano & onion powder.

Side note: because of the naturally occurring arsenic found in rice, I cut down on eating it periodically by using rice substitutes like this.
