More and more grooms prefer riding the route in souped up cars instead of on a horse, which is fine except it means I’m seeing less of my friend Jeannyne the horse handler. Either way, three beautiful days in awesome #colorado settings with dancing and celebrating to my beats. What a privilege.

Margo was my flatmate on Guerrero St. Child of hippies from Marin. She helped me shape up my diet, introduced me to #Bhangra, and knew how to make me laugh.

Tracy had a storefront gallery across the street, Pterous Art Etc., and lived in the back. We had coffee in the gallery most mornings and she showed my pictures there.

The Palais Borghèse was once owned by Napoleon's sister, so I'm told. I was also told that the period chair behind me was worth a ridiculous amount of money, so I'm glad I'm not using it as a workbench !

Margo's stereo was primo, and she blasted what she loved. Most of her music was new to me. When she played a song on a loop one afternoon, I knocked on her door. "Oh, it's #PunjabiMC!" This was the song.

I went to Tower to buy it and learned about the #JayZ remix. 🤷‍♂️

Probably not meant to say this, but nobody told me not to, and I don't think there's any Glasto Fest crew following me soooo..... my #Bhangra #Band are playing #Glastonbury this year. Not the first time, but it's such an awkward festival to get booked at that it always seems like a minor triumph.
