Pedro Pascal was a highlight as Oberyn Martell in 'Game of Thrones'. Watching 'The Mandalorian' I was struck by the bold, bold move of keeping Pascal in a helmet for but a handful of seconds. On the other hand, I thought it a testimony to Pascal's charisma and talent, and to that of
his co-stars, that despite not seeing his face, he was so compelling a character, and how much his face impacts you in the scenes it is revealed. I know 'The Last Of Us' has a lot going on and has every letter in the whole constellation of queer in a spin, which makes for a nice change really. But I've heard very little about Pascal's performance as Joel. I'm really looking forward to watching the first season.
Also, this tweet and Pascal's reaction to it.
"PEDRO PASCAL is a BIBLICALLY gorgeous man. I wanna feed him grapes. I wanna fan him with the frond of a date palm from the forests of Lebanon. I wanna find the alabaster vial of perfume oil that one woman broke for Jesus and comb it through his hair. Like..he's stressing me OUT"
