I can pay in $ but some suppliers are geolimited.

Help a baffled new self-publishing author out here. What's the best price for an online ebook of around 450 pages? I've seen a wild range of prices.

I've written so many novel drafts over the years. I started before teenhood even. But this is the first time I've reached this stage of preparing for publication. And it's without the safety net of traditional publishing, an agent, an editor etc.

It's pretty terrifying. But I'm determined not to wait any longer. Not with all of my health scares.

This stage is really different from all of the other stages of revision because I'm putting myself in the perspective of the reader even more.

"Is this what I'd want to read? Would this make sense to me if I was the reader?"

Currently crowing over opened parcels now that I have finally braved the 40 minute drive to uni. I report for duty on-site next Tuesday but today I wanted not to be afraid of driving that far again for the first time since June.

This includes a stack of books. Four books by the wonderful Dr. Angela Slatter, sent by the dear author herself ♥️ and a stack of Malay hikayats (historical and literary annals) for my ongoing research.
