How about a law that #cars have to drive with their windows down in the city so #pedestrians and #bicyclists can communicate with car drivers more easily.

Dangerous passes are a dime a dozen for #bicyclists, but when it's a #DumpTruck that requires a #CDL and the driver yells at me to "get a &%&ing car!" when I inevitably catch back up, I'm gonna pull my video footage & send it PD.
