If 50% of the US congress became diverse it still would not change structural white supremacy. We have seen other countries overruled by just one tyrant. The US has many tyrants in power. Particularly the Supreme Court. Additionall, people who either seek power or earn the popular vote are often proxies for systemic cruelty, policies that effectively prioritize big capital.
