@ingalls Ever wonder how “they” invented sour cream? Maybe, just maybe, they had a vat of cream sitting out of the cooler, forgot about it, and someone decided to stick their burrito in it. Tasted pretty good, they did not die, so they packaged it up and called it “Sour Cream” because, well, that’s what it was. I have no scientific proof to back this up. Same way “they” came up with half and half. Goober poured milk into the cream vat, said oops, and they sold it anyway for a premium.
