Today we made Big Leaf Maple Syrup!! 2nd try. We started out with 7.5 gallons (28.4 l) of sap and ended up with about 20 fl oz (0.6 l) of delicious syrup. The sap was collected over the last 5 days, from 5 trees. #BigLeafMapleSyrup #PNW #WA #CamasWA

We put our trees to work- we tapped 6 big leaf maple trees!! Perfect time for it: froze last night and sunny today.
