I am not a lawyer, but reading through these Terms of Service from #BigRelay, I am confused. Is their TOS stating they can use whatever is publicly sent to them however they want to use it, and expect me to not sue them if them misuse or misquote it?

I removed Toot Works from the BigRelay due to the discovery of this Copyright and Intellectual Property TOS. This is a bridge too far, IMO.

@elliot @pixelfed I'm on #Pixelfed already (not with this account, rather @muiiio@pixelfed.eu - maybe it makes more sense to keep them separate), but I don't have the app on my phone for now. Also, I did set up #BigRelay and I'm following some hashtags. Hopefully I will start seeing some fun stuff as well - so far my own version of the #Fediverse has been very serious.

@muiiio if you’re leaving Instagram, why not join a @pixelfed instance? Anyway, the answer is to follow #hashtags! Might want to set up eg #BigRelay too.

I've connected up to #BigRelay, and am now waiting for my instance to be drowned into permanent silence by a torrent of posts.
