It's been raining at #Tewkesbury all day, drizzle to sheets, so have baked a fruit cake:
3 cups porridge oats
1 cup strong white flour
Less than half teaspoon of bicarb.
4 or 5 ripe apricots
4 very large very unripe plums
Tub of Philadelphia cheese
Milk to make cheese fluid up to 400ml
Set oven to 200C
Chop destoned fruit coarsely
Bung all in bowl and stir until it looks like piccy.
Pile onto baking sheet & cook 25 to 27 minutes.
