Been a hectic week this week. Monday I had day surgery to remove a JJ Stent from my left kidney. Then Wednesday I had my 3 monthly check up for my Prostate Cancer (PSA has gone down again, so that's good). Thursday was Nordic Walking lesson and today was big shop day. Looking forward to parkrun and 5K Your Way tomorrow to complete a busy week!
