Ran the #BigSurMarathon Relay yesterday with my in-laws. They allow you to finish the race, so I just… didn’t stop? It was so cold and hilly. The famous Hurricane Hill was an absolute misery but we powered through. I hadn’t run more than 8 miles in months but yesterday I ran 18. You can see my pace drop on the Hill (miles 2-4) and gradually slow more and more over time. I stopped to take a lot of photos too!

43023 - Joanne and I got our donuts early. Too many carb hungry folks in town. Listened to Ezra discuss AI, and vibed big time on REM, in the overcast.
