My tax return needed amending. I messaged local #HRBlock via voice mail robots and also hrbportal.myaccount.

Yesterday HRB notification-automation confirmed an appointment today; but the latest HRB agent failed to show.

On FB.hrb(lock), I tried to comment about my frustration and mistrust. However the FB-comment-editor declined my comment!
