#BigTech #content algorithms are undeniably pushing #RightWing, #Conservative agendas.

Using #Microsoft #MicrosoftEdge to access some work applications, more than half the " #News sources" on their start page are #misinformation shills. 11 of the top 17 article suggestions. Not #FoxNews, but sites I've never heard of.

Same with #YouTube. Despite watching only known good sources for history content and news sources like #DW, Jordan Peterson and other bullshit content fill my suggestions.

I am thoroughly disillusioned and disgusted by #BigTech.

I want a job in #SmallTech.

I want to work on small projects, beginning to end.

I want to get off of the endless Agile ouroboros.

I want to return to #SoftwareAsAProduct.

Does that even exist anymore? Or, to be more specific, does it exist without becoming a contractor or small business owner, forsaking the (relative) stability of a salaried job?

Or am I chasing a pipe dream that died before I even graduated from college?

It supports secure protocols DNS-over-HTTPS or TLS as well, very important to prevent the network from seeing everything you resolve, among other options.
