We traveled over the North Bank Bridge from Cambridge to Charlestown. The bridge and park were a $26m project as mitigation for the Big Dig project that surrounds it, and it opened in 2012 using funds from the Great Recession American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

The next stop on the Boston By Bike at Night tour was at the Christian Science Plaza, discussing the redevelopment that cleared the area and then built three buildings in the early 1970s. The nearby Prudential tower was built in the early 1960s along with the Turnpike to redevelop the railyards that once covered the area.

Yesterday was #BikeToWorkDay in #Boston so we biked to work (with a detour downtown for the party) (I work from home LOL). I've done this 2 years running and it's an amazing event hosted by #BostonBTD
