Free idea: the mayor's office drops K rails along a protected bike network in downtown SF. Sync it up with the protected bikeway along the Embarcadero and Battery in FiDi.

Create a passport that has a cool, unique prize. (food, t shirt, pint glass, SFG bleacher seats, your awesome idea)

We have plenty of vehicle lanes that need to be reallocated in Union Square, FiDi and Soma. Relying on drivers to jumpstart the downtown economy is dead.

One step further would be collab with local bike rental outfits to provide service with a subsidized rate for Bay Area/MTC residents. Collab with Bay Wheels as well.
