Even though Simon Bikindi did not kill members of the ethnic group of Tutsi himself, he bears responsibility and as he had full knowledge of the interpretation of his songs by the people of Rwanda, he was a shareholder at the RTLM radio station and had the power to at least try to stop the further distribution of his song. #KOinternational #BikindiCase (2/4)
