Some recent items of interest from our garden:

* Stem & bark of a Banksia Rose (rosa banksiae lutea)
* Self-sown Sedum (s. acre aureum) growing amongst some stones
* The centre of a very open California poppy (Eschscholzia)
* The near-ripe "fruit" (apparently edible if you remove the seeds. Never tried it, though) of Billardiera longiflora
