Jazztodon artist of the week: Bill Coleman!
According to @aaj, Coleman recorded with Cecil Scott's Bright Boys, Luis Russell, Lucky Millender, and Django Reinhardt. After the war in 1948, Coleman made the decision to spend the rest of his life in France, notably playing the first Jazz in Marciac festival and subsequently working with their President to support the festival until his passing in Toulouse in 1981.
