Got the bill for 8 years of #CruisingLife: A visit to the dermatologist. Nothing serious luckily, a few shots of a high powered laser into my arm and some photos and a lot of going over my skin with a nifty LED lit magnifying glass that I totally want to have.

Guess cruising most of the time with the #Bimini up prevented the worst, and being mostly a good bald boy and wearing a hat (now a doctors recommendation).

But yes, do be wary of UV when #sailing. #Windburn is actually just #sunburn.
