Having said that, I actually DO like the taste of coffee, just not its effects. Even decaf does me in, so if I want to have the rare, one-off decaf cap, I make sure to drink it after having food in the tank so that it doesn't cause stomach upset or BSL issues. Also, while I don't have any concrete data to support this, I suspect that it won't be long until scientists will be able to link #HSP to #biochemical and #genetic markers as they apply to food sensitivities. #nutrigenomics
