The trouble with it all is that people do not believe it is possible for organisms' metabolism to change and cause fires. On the face, it seems nonsense. There are too many assumptions being made about such fires and no objective research to prove, let alone disprove them.

I am pursuing this #Biogenic aspect because it is plasuible, possible and I want to understand what is happening and not happening, and not presume anything at all about #wildfires causes.

The mysterious causes of #wildfires has again caught my attention lately. I suspect that laying blame on power lines and intentional or accidental arson is inadequate. In researching I found nothing at all until last year when I came across a preliminary paper about #Biogenic wildfires. This is something I had suspected and speculated but I had never seen anyone else ever even hint at it. Yet given how little we know of life, it seems a possibility.
