Goddammit! I thought I had a handle on my natural sleep cycle. It was working for me. First sleep was 8p+12, second sleep 3am-6am. I was feeling good about it. Now I'm on night 2 of just not wanting to sleep at all, too tired to do anything

Another night of biphasic sleep - with help of a gentle alarm at 01:30.
Once again I did not sleep well during the second sleep. But, since I slept monophasic during the weekend because of evening ttrpgs, my body certainly is not used to that schedule.
My current plan: keep it up for the week and see what happens then.

Getting up to record music. Will I be falling asleep around 10? Should I try to nap then? Should I drink caffeine and just slog through the rest of the day?
