At first I thought this one would take a bath, but nope. It has been very dry here, so maybe it will come back. Such a beautiful bird.

Mom and Dad share feeding and diaper duties, and they are such fresh parents that they still seem to be unsure how to do it. You can see Dad bringing some food and Mom wanting to feed it to the baby but then letting him do it when he seemingly insists. The female is spending a lot of time in the box but I don’t think she is done laying yet. As of this morning, she has four eggs. Here, first she comes in, then a baby. For my photos I use a homemade setup with an action camera, and for video and streaming I use #Birdsy cameras. Many of these #feedercams are knockoffs, pricey and not the quality they may promise to be. Don’t spend fortunes on bad products. Companies, I am willing to put your products to the test 🤓
