Just before Easter, we had some rough #weather.

With a water level 1.2 meter above the norm and wind just below storm, most of island outside the dikes was submerged.

While we where getting ready to leave the island, at the end of the weekend, we got a request from the Danish Sea Rescue service (who also is the ambulance for our small islands), for a short first aid and rescue drill.

So we improvised a traffic accident with one person with a broken arm and a concussion, and another with a broken leg after recless driving on an ATV.

Ølleve (a concatenation of øl (Danish for beer) and elleve (danish for 11 am) on Birkholm harbour, a cold, windy and sunny day in early spring.
