Swedish championship in “pipe smoking” 1965. This was apparently a thing for a few years in the sixties. The goal, if understand correctly, was to smoke a pipe for as long as possible without adding more tobacco, or lighting it up again. Everyone was dealt two matches, but using the second one meant a penalty. The winner would normally smoke for more than an hour. The location is the Stockholm city hall, the same hosting the Nobel ceremony.
