And, while #BlackNonbelievers may be undergoing some internal struggle over accountability, they've done good work, and there are more burgeoning #BlackAtheist orgs. And there's definitely more, power players or not.

@hairpik LOL. You are so right. The initial reason I joined the #birdsite in 2008 was to connect with other black atheists. I was convinced I was the only one. The black community is HYPER religious. Scratching my head at such a devotion to a religion that kept us in chains.
