Day 5 of my journey to earning my #blackbelt. Today was Week 1, Run 2. It was 20 minutes of running for 1 min, and walking for 1:30 minutes.
Today I improved my pace from the last run!
Just over two years ago I set the goal to earn my first #blackbelt. As part of this process, the goal of running a 5K in under 35 min has been set for me! I hate running and this will be, by far, the biggest challenge I face to earn my belt.
Today was week 1, run 1 of a couch to 5K program. Its not enough to make the goal... yet, but with consistent work, I will get there.
