Much of the violence has targeted the #BlackCommunity – almost 60% of the reported bias crimes – while other reports include crimes against people based on their #SexualOrientation, #gender and #religion. I know i'm spose to be a #StarWars fan site, but I'm #Black myself & have endured #Bipolar for many years. I have found my stable path. It;s what works for me.
There are no magic tricks/cure-alls. Your mental health journey is just that. It'll take a while. How is that different from other groups? Generational unresolved trauma is passed down through generations genetically through stress mutations. It varies culturally.
