I saw the album 'Violent Portraits of Doomed Escape' in a few end of year lists (for 2020) and then I tried it and thought it was great.

A bit of mix of various Progressive/Technical Death Metal style. Some melody, clean and harsh singing, pummelling drums. At time it reminds me of Gojira.
