There's rightly much discussion re. in the U.S. However, the extreme/obvious & systemic that are reported are often used by white to play down racism in their own countries. It's a malignancy that exists worldwide & should be seen as a global issue.

So many people didn't get the memo, they're in denial or just ignoring it.

It takes more than lip service, basic workplace recruitment, being "nice" & hanging out with Black or Brown people & people from diverse backgrounds, to establish real DEI or to be anti-racist, anti-ism or an effective leader, advocate or ally.
