@jlcrawf @thatguyoverthere Fair enough! I used to watch the whole #MCU, but haven't seen anything past #BlackPanther2 #WakandaForever. I'm not putting it in "non-franchise" status in my mind: I'm only watching one of their movies if it 1) looks interesting/fun and 2) is actually good!

I'm watching Black Panther 2.

They made again the villain sound like the good guy. All Namor wants was to protect and hide the people and is overall very reasonable.

And later in the movie... "oh, by the way I don't like what these people (whites) did to us" and implies he isn't happy with just trying to get back.

They did similar in first part. Killmonger had understandable reasons and you sympathised and than added some maniac lines in to pull the audience over.

I went and saw #AvatarTWOW yesterday. I wasn't impressed with it. On a "0 to 5", I'll give it a 1.5 ...Maybe if #TheWomanKing and #BlackPanther2 hadn't come out I would rate it higher, but this just came across as another "Colonizer" film.

Warum hat #Marvel Deutschland eigentlich autorisiert, "Wakanda forever" in der deutschen Fassung von #blackpanther2 mit "Wakanda über alles" zu synchronisieren? Hat mich im ersten #BlackPanther schon massiv gestört und jetzt machen sie es schon wieder. Gerade in Deutschland sollte das doch aufgefallen sein, dass das genau das Gegenteil der eigentlichen Botschaft von Wakanda ist. Meine Güte.
