Silver disc gilded with mercury and worked in repoussé, 15.5 cm in diameter. Four perforations made it possible to fix the disc as the #phalera; two still have silver rivets. Medallion is dated to the 1st century BCE.
Between two lines along the edge there is an inscription with the name of Mithridates, ruler of the Kingdom of Pontus #BlackSeaRegion
Scene executed in high relief represents animals on the hunt and #griffins sitting around a bucranium.
