New batch of #BlackSeedOil and #Peanuts arrived! Two really important staples in my #nutrition stack that I highly recommend. Black seed oil is always good, and peanuts especially under stress due to the high tyrosine content which helps with dopamine production, and they are a good source of valine too.

Inflammation massively down, faster recovery and wound healing, and sleep quality up. And the nice thing is that it's hard to do wrong for healthy people. Worst case of too much magnesium leads to bowel flush, and black seed oil has been used for centuries already for good effect.
