may not have anything in it right now, but maybe if you start using it, it'll gain traction?
I also wonder how much is self-fulfilling. If POC don't feel as welcome because the space is mainly white, they won't use it as much, and then the space remains mainly white.

So I used to be so uncomfortable with my gentials, to the point where I used to wish that I could have surgery and get them removed, and sometimes I used to dream about just cutting them off myself. I had really a hatred for them because at that time I thought that was the only way that I could prove to others that I was a woman….
