I realize I am not blind per sé and shouldn't have claimed that label even in a hurry, I "just" have strongly impaired vision.

But nobody can tell that from the outside! For all he knew I was just a person asking for help, and instead of any kind of kind or helpful answer, I was made fun of.

I really couldn't see the products, I only see things directly in front of me!

Is this kind of mockery the day to day reality for #blind people? That's absolutely fucked up.
