I got zero work on these done at Adepticon due to overestimating both my energy levels and free time. But I'm back at it after getting a bunch of gaming in. How to magnetise #Bloodbowl or #Blitzbowl bases.
Start with some green stuff.
Make it flat.
Put a magnet 🧲 somewhere on the base.
Cover it with more green stuff.
Make the green stuff look like a dungeon floor.

Completely different rules set. it uses an action economy mechanic rather than BloodB's push-your-luck.
Games take about 30 minutes to play and it rewards risky play.
This is a really good quick introduction (it's section edition and there are some small differences with the current edition, listed below.)

1) Max dice modifiers are + or - 1
2) No special ball rules (they didn't do much anyway)

First game of Blitz Bowl Ultimate Edition. I really like the changes from the earlier versions. The game is less random and more tactical, but still fast paced and feeling like a football match and a punch-up.
The challenge cards are better balance tween team styles and the new team cards are great to use.
Stef smashed me 2-0 with sudden death victories.
