This is insane it’s now -38 with the wind chill and people are stranded all over as all roads are closed. They have local arenas open for stranded travellers, fire halls, municipal garages, churches. There is a 100 car pile up on the 401 near Dutton Dunwich and local farmers are out with their tractors helping anyone they can. People have also opened their homes as well.
