@donnywals I was meant to have my Maparoni app on feature lock to get it ready for release. Then I came across #Blockly and realised it is a perfect fit for on my favourite feature of the app: creating formulas that let you analyse, transform, and play around with your map data. Been busy integrating that and am loving how it is going. Spending a lot of time in the docs, JavaScript, and ChatGPT 😅

@Workshopshed I think, the hurdle to come from scratch to something else is quite high. Adding Syntax, not having immediate feedback, not manipulating the objects but having to create them programmatically. I like learning with a purpose. So, maybe something that has fast iterations like #codecombat or #Blockly. Maybe #Arduino. Personally, I like Python - maybe #Jupyter or #Thonny and #MicroPython.
