Not so much a #Jamuary jam as it is a generative #ambient wash, but there's fun to be had with the multitimbrality of the Waldorf Blofeld. Here, all 8 sounds are from the same multi-patch, triggered on different MIDI channels by the Deluge. Each sequence is a slightly different length, so it all separates from itself slowly.

Ok this is my first post on mastodon, I'm planning on gradually leaving other social networks.
This is a live improvisation on #bitwig with a #waldorf #rocket , a #blofeld , a #pulse2 , a #crave and some vsts.
A #grid object is generating random melodies which is loop and play with.

A few more days and I can finally play around with my two new friends:

#Hydrasynth & #SquarpPyramid - a digital Synth to replace my #Blofeld and a new conductor for my studio as a replacement for my #MPC1000.

The Blo is capable of creating beautiful soundscapes but it never felt fun to program it. The MPC is a fantastic sampler & a really capable sequencer but again, sequencing with it has always been purely functional but not joy - which is why I make music in the first place.
