#Opensource #Cron management tool ? - I'm looking for an opensource cron job management tool to manage a series of jobs which need to run every few minutes to keep #blogofy data fresh. Any recommendations ?
I like it to have ability to create dependency triggers, time based triggers, and have some ability to measure success/failures and notify me when they hit certain thresholds.
I was watching #dnd and #ogl mentioned in #blogofy and couldn't figure out what it was about. I know the movie was coming out but then I saw mention of #opendnd as well and was thoroughly confused.
My son explained that DND was recently bought by another entity and they are changing some of the licensing agreements which limits use of DND trademarks significantly. My son has been playing DND for last few years and is up in arms about it.
#Blogofy now shows hashtags associated with strong emotions !
The Crawler and the #sentimentanalysis running on a Drangon Fly #Chromebook using #tensorflow

Another long weekend, and another set of hacks :)
#Blogofy now does sentiment analysis and shows what tags are associated with happy/sad toots.
Learnt Tensorflow on the way. :)
#blogofy is significantly faster now. The tool now shows proper account names on the left.
The cost to run it had sky rocketed a bit. Not because of the crawler, but because of the architecture I picked for doing the data analysis. Changed most of that over the weekend.
I discovered @WPalant as an interesting account to follow while I was looking up writers talking about LastPass hack.
Another day, another minor improvement :)
#blogofy now highlights new Mastodon hashtags of the day. When searching for #ukraine, it now shows that something is going on with #Zelensky and #Biden. And the top link on the right pointed to Zelensky's visit to the US Capital.
This is all Mastodon powered :)
#blogofy #ukraine #zelensky #biden
#blogofy now recommends top authors of any #hashtag across all of Mastodon.
Here is what #travel looks like: https://www.blogofy.com/tag/travel
Click through the tags to discover authors for other tags as well. Please give the queries a few seconds to load... I haven't got to optimization it yet :)
Another #weekend and another set of hacks. #blogofy is now crawling over 170K mastodon feeds across about 20K hosts to find the most common #hashtags.
This weekend I extended the crawls to other languages to see what type of content users are creating.
My goal is to help users find authoritative users talking about any topic. Its unclear how realistic it is to build this, but I'll keep working on this weekend project for some time.
This tool has clickable #Mastodon #hashtags grouped by few different slices. Also shows related posters and top links related to those hashtags.
