Awarded on discretionary grounds. No mobility assessment needed. They'd said it would take 6-12 weeks or longer. 2 days! Woot! So chuffed. What a relief. We as the users have always been the product. Our security, privacy & support has never been a priority. In fact it’s been just the opposite. Asking us to upload our government ID, giving them more private info to sell & lose is ridiculous. On top of that, he also expects us to pay a monthly fee for this “service” that should already be a given.

We end up being offered less than we started with, which makes paying up feel like extortion for nothing more than the services we started with and that were already under scrutiny, so our attention wanders, user numbers shrink, and platforms end up selling off furniture and skipping rent.
