The bunkhouse at Blue Bird Mine located in the Caribou Ranch Open Space in Boulder county. It started as a silver mine in the late 1800's, and stayed active until 1893, when the price is silver dropped. Hikers find pieces of pottery, glass, utensils, etc and arrange their findings on the porch of the bunkhouse.
